worked with no issues...until I installed the software update in late Dec2020.
since then: constant dropped connections, and once the connection is dropped, the D6 doesn't pick up transmitter through Bluetooth pairing. Been on the phone with tech support at least 5 times over the last 2 months, changed five transmitters and multiple sensors. still no luck.
i can pair a completely new transmitter fairly quickly, but between 2 and 20 days later, it stops showing a signal and does not connect again. I went through all the settings I could think of (battery optimization, mobile data, background data, Bluetooth permissions, uninstall G6, reinstall, restart etc etc etc)
Has anyone experienced a similar issues? G6 support is of no use, should I contact Samsung? my concern is that samsung will tell me that G6 is a specialized device and they should fix their software.
I don't want to go the receiver route for many reasons. I'd like to get S20 working with G6.
any help/ideas/suggestions/words of wisdom/support is appreciated
