Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on Samsung Galaxy S10e?

Factory reset you mean this is what I saw hard reset a Samsung Galaxy S10, you can perform a factory data reset:

Ensure the device is powered off 

Press and hold the Volume up and Bixby buttons simultaneously 

While holding down the Volume up and Bixby buttons, press and hold the Power button until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears 

Use the Volume buttons to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset and press the Power button to select 

Select Yes 

Select Reboot system now 

Wait for the device to reboot

I actully did it before you press & hold Volume down and power button and when it reboots switch up to Volume up and power button (Hope this helped)

A hard reset follows the same steps, except instead of choosing wipe cache partition you choose factory reset.
