I would suggest resetting your network and if that does not help; you would need to contact your carrier or go to their establishment so they can run tests on the phone. Having gone through this myself; I will not assume why your network is acting out; your carrier needs to be made aware of this. Also, make sure that you have not accidentally turned off something on the phone. Good luck.
