My phone has a virus and my last name was changed

My phone has been sick with a vrus. I am trying to figure it out but I'm not sure how to proceed. They changed my last name to Henderson.

Turn on your phone's protection or get a virus scanner. Log into your account where your name was changed, change it back, change your password and enable 2 factor authentication, if available. And don't publicly list your email address.

First of all, it's a BAD idea to publicly post your email address unless you enjoy receiving spam emails. If someone changed your Gmail address, then the problem is with your Google account and not your phone.
