Galaxy S Phoneswoke up to my galaxy S10 in a boot loop. I thought I had auto-updates turned off but according to this reddit thread a ton of people are all having this problem right now. I was told by the samsung tech support to take it to a ibreakufix near me and i called them and they pretty much said the only way to fix it is factory reset. I dont want to lose all my data? I got it to the recovery screen and tried clearing cache and rebooting from there but it didnt work. I held every combo of Power button plus volume button plus bixby and nothing worked. Is my phone a brick?

Galaxy S PhonesOkay, I did a factory reset and it worked.
Holding BIxby button + Volume Up + Power
Wipe data/factory reset
Confirm the Factory Reset
It wiped in like 1 minte.
Then Reboot system now.
Now it boots up to the Welcome screen š
I'm really upset about this and dissapointed with Samsung.
(Nevermind the screen, my daughter did some damage to it)

Galaxy S PhonesI am ***bleep***. I have an S22 Ultra. My elderly mother has the S10, and she's needs her phone, which is stuck in this loop. There is no way to get out of this cycle. Samsung and or Android have not only ruined a phone will cost a lot of money to replace with like kind equipment, but it's left my mother vulnerable.
Has Samsung said how it intends to correct this fiasco?
