Samsung s10 unable to receive picture messages

He has got a Samsung Galaxy S10 and he is unable to receive picture messages by text or send them and we have tried everything is there a setting that we do not know about I can't send any to his number he can't send any to my number but on my phone I can send pictures to other people and he cannot

@Peacelover It could be that the APN on the phone is not configured properly. Is that something that you have checked with your carrier?

Considering the phone is now over 4 years old and will no longer get any Android or security updates, do you think it might be nearing its end of life causing it to malfunction?

It's the contact number added or block from receiving pics? Maybe clear cache app or bloatware will help

I would recommend reaching out to your carrier for further assistance regarding not being able to send and receive MMS.
