Galaxy S PhonesThis has a disaster and Samsung doesn't give a darn my device ran perfectly fine after update touchscreen doesn't work only s pen drives me i insane and now green line top right if the phone.... this is a disgusting feeling carrying a phone to take pics which can't zoom and jus answer calls!!! They got excuses to blame it's my fault..

Galaxy S PhonesI'm thinking since the update was in June they've bugs to deal at least that's I'm hoping my kids bought me this phone for a gift and I usually don't get premium phones ...... Samsung should be all over this but they're coming out with some lame excuses indeed... I also have a green line top right now SMH!!!!!!

Galaxy S PhonesStill a major issue. I do not have a screen protector and have the latest updates. Galaxy S22 Ultra.
I use the phone for navigation and having to hold the stylus is very dangerous.
I've been thinking about the Apple watch. Maybe this is the time to Apple-ize my life.

Galaxy S PhonesSamsung not interested, my S21+ was original - no repairs at all - but after 6.1 touchscreen hasn't worked since. Samsung just say they hadn't heard of the issue, don't they read these posts!!!!, suggested I buy new phone so I did - GOOGLE PIXEL - never buy Samsung again

Galaxy S PhonesI just updated to the July software and it still did not fix my issue on my S21. This is irritating. If I need to spend any money on another phone or repair, it will not be towards a Samsung. This is unacceptable to not respond to this screw up!
