Did you install a custom icon pack? Some of the ones across the top are from Google's Noto Emoji Smiley Icons Pack.

Some of the others look like they might belong to a Halloween pack.

Each keyboard has its own set of emojis, and there are standalone emoji packs. Did you change keyboards or install new fonts/themes?
