document scanner has stopped scanning

My Phone sanner is not working any more.  Yellow "tap to scan" box image is not showing. I have the setting set to screen optimiser.

Go into Camera settings -> Scene optimizer and verify that "Document scan" is enabled.

Have you tried opening the Camera settings and clicking "Reset settings"?

This doesn't work for me?  I have also deleted a camera app (ToonMe) which I thought might have caused it, but it's still not working?
