Cannot connect to 5G network only 4G on Galaxy S21 Ultra

I have a Samsung s21 ultra just cannot connect to 5g network, only 4g. Any idea to how fix it to connect on 5g network.

What carrier cause some allow network mode which can get you 5G
Or 5G isn't in your area
Or you need a new sim card

I try whit my sim card in other phone and 5g is working good. Am using t-mobile

Did you try resetting network settings? Switching to airplane mode than switch off .then restart phone.

Did you get your phone in Europe? I have the same issue, and I heard it is because the European sw hasn't been updated to the 5G US networks.

Same issue here. Lost 5G connectivity after updating to Android 13.
