I know what this app is, I know what it does and how it does it. How can I tell my phone to leave it alone and quit disabling it every other day?

This is mainly used for people that want to sign up for beta. If you don't need it just disable it / delete

It's a reminder in case you had only temporarily turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Just ignore or dismiss it. There is no way to disable it ss long as you are using any adaptability function. (It dors not dismiss by tapping the "dismiss" icon, but does if you swipe it away.

If I don't open it, turn the accessibility off and back on EVERY 2 DAYS it will disable it without my permission.

Doesn't happen to me. I have an app running in the background with device administrator permissions and I get this notification about every two weeks. I either just tap it to open it or swipe it away. In either case I do not have to turn it off and back on.

That's the problem, I have half a dozen accessible apps and if I don't click the notification and change the settings on and off, the phone turns them off for me. And it is every 2 days not 2 weeks.

I don't know why you would have to turn it on and off.  It's just a reminder to check the settings are the way you want them.  Once you click it and it goes to the settings, all you have to do is exit out and everything should remain active.

It used to with oneui5... but if I don't flip the toggle since 6.0 I get an error on that settings screen about 6 hours later that say App Functionallity Limited Please Reset.

I would put in an error report.  Because even when I was running 6.0, that's all I had to do.  I'm now on 6.1 (I didn't get the 6.1.1. update, to my knowledge) and that's all I ever do -- either swipe it away or tap and check.
