I'm returning my old S21 to Samsung. I just did factory reset. Can't rber if it came with a Sim card or if it was an e-sim. I can't seem to open Sim tray. Do I assume it was an e-sim?! Its an unlocked phone.

Galaxy S21It could be either just depends on what you was using the sim tray could be stuck. I wouldn't worry and just get a new sim or a eSim when you get your new phone
