Galaxy S21My Samsung s21ultra finally was working fine since I bought it...and now with new update, went back to having the same problem.....phone would freeze when searching on the web....no internet signal every other hour....all day. This dumb updates is making my phone worst. My cell phone performance is worse....I had to restart my phone 3 times today.... it's not a signal problem cause I didn't had no problems until this morning with the new update.

Galaxy S21Try clearing the cache partition of the phone. https://thedroidguy.com/wipe-cache-partition-galaxy-s21-1147707 If you are still experiencing issues with the phone, the next step would be a complete backup and factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029 This would also need to be done before setting up an evaluation on the phone. If the phone is still having issues after the factory reset, the phone would need to evaluated by a certified technician. For the options to set up a service ticket to have the phone evaluated please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2.
