So I changed my password (pin). I forgot it. Glady, I had my fingerprint on the phone so I can only open it that way 🙃. I need to reset my password but don't know how. Someone help?😅
Turn on Find my Phone in settings. Settings > Biometrics & Security > Find my mobile. Then go to fhttps://findmymobile.samsung.com/#home You should be able to unlock your phone with your Samsung account password. It'll delete any password or fingerprint currently registered on your device.
