Photo Editor missing many features such as drawing on photo, or changing vids to gifs

My Photo Editor in the Photo Gallery is missing a lot of feature after the last update.  I used to can do so much editing photos and videos, but now its so limited. Please let me know what to do.

There's no option to turn videos to gifs anymore. You can download another app for that.

@Samsung_9UOVaam If you are trying to convert a motion photo into a GIF, you can use the method shown by @user365170tdJ15 or you can open the photo in the Gallery (don't click the pencil icon) and click on the 3 dot menu in lower right. From that menu, select Export and then you can select GIF.

The pens have changed and it seems there's only wedged marker and highlighter, no pen to draw a straight line without it blurring anymore

The Gallery/ Photo Editor on my S7 phone has more features. Where are those features on my new Tab S7? Where are Style filters? Where is Object Eraser? Spot color? Remaster?
