Photo Editor missing many features such as drawing on photo, or changing vids to gifs

My Photo Editor in the Photo Gallery is missing a lot of feature after the last update.  I used to can do so much editing photos and videos, but now its so limited. Please let me know what to do.

After clicking the pencil icon to edit, click the 3 dot menu in lower right and click on Style.

"Where is Object Eraser?"

After clicking the pencil icon to edit, click the 3 dot menu in lower right and click on Object eraser.

"Spot color?"

After clicking the pencil icon to edit, click the 3 dot menu in lower right and click on Spot color.

"Remaster?"

In the Gallery, make sure the photo is selected. Click the 3 dot menu in lower right and select Remaster picture.

Where the heck ist the plain, simple pen?

1. Open the image in Gallery
2. Click on the pencil icon
3. Click on the Smiley face icon
4. You will see the pen and other drawing tools
