I'd love to know the answer too. I'm suddenly getting them several times a day and night. It's non-stop. Especially aggravating when I'm expecting a text from someone and I run to my phone only to have it be another text. FTLOG.... Samsung, help us out!
You should be able to block the E-mail or even report it. Contact Samsung Customer service, if I'm not mistaken they should be able to hop onto your account and fix the issue.
All my unwanted email goes to s.p.a.m. right hand top right are your folders. Save your friends and dump what you don't want. It won't stop them immediately and they are persistent but just keep dumping them in s.p.a.m. or trash. They will tire of no response and eventually move on and you'll get less and less
I'm getting text messages by different Gmail email accounts and they are pornographic in nature. I dont open them I just delete them but I want to be able to stop them all together. There is no option to block them. How can I stop and emails from texting me?
Just went through that with Verizon tech support. I can't say for other carriers but to disable texts from email addresses you must access your Verizon account from a computer.
Go to Verizon.com and sign in
Select My Account My Plan Select Device Select Blocks Select Block Email Check the boxes for Block Messages from Email and Block Messages from The Web
You can test this by emailing yourphonenumber@vtext.com.
For other carriers I suggest contacting tech support specifically, Customer Service drones rarely know anything more than is on their terminal screen. Your mileage may vary...
