S21 5G calls going silent/cutting in and out

I purchased an S21 5G through Samsung and got it shipped the day it came out. Ever since I got it I've been having issues during calls.  I'll be on a call with someone and then I'll stop hearing them or they'll stop hearing me and you hear them saying "hello???". 

My provider is Tmobile and they say there's no issue on their side and refused to do anything since I bought it through Samsung directly. I sent it to Samsung and they did a full inspection and said there's nothing wrong....

So far I've done:

downgraded from 5G to LTE and lower /installed new sim/reset networks/restarted in safe mode/ factory reset/ reset phone/ disconnected from wifi calling

What can I do? Any advice or anyone going through the same issues?

same over here too. rebooting fixes it for a bit. then another call it'll be bad again.

Update phone is a little better. But it appears calls only go out after the first 30 seconds or so....

OMG !!! SAME SAME SAME !!  My phone actually won't ever even allow me to call anyone on speaker phone because they can never hear me right out the gate. I have to call the person & once they start talking, I then can put on speakerphone & they will be able to hear me. If they are talking for more than 10 seconds give or take without me saying anything, it's as if the phone automatically puts itself on mute all the sudden. I'll hear the person saying "hello hello" then have to take the phone off speakerphone & waaa-la they can hear me again. <edit> SO ANNOYING!! ANY RESOLUTION??

Does this issue still appear in safe mode?

Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your phone?

2 Note 20 Ultra's and a 5g IPhone on my Verizon account and we all have the same problem cutting in and out. What we noticed is that it almost always is the same thing. In our regular routes we know where to wait to speak because it's going to go silent anyway. In those circumstances (meaning NOT A LOSS OF SERVICE) it IS ALWAYS WHEN switching FROM 5g TO 4g ONLY! NOT the other way around. 

SAMSUNG PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add a "4g calls only" feature somewhere in the software! You have to beat apple to this! It is not just my account, I have spoken to many people who have the same problem. Many didn't realize it was this same problem until I started asking them about it. I wanted to know if it was a Verizon problem or what. It seems to be a 5g to 4g problem.

I experience this with radio locked to 4glte. It's not a handoff issue as stated.

Similar issue for the past 5 days. Call goes silent every 20-30 secs and comes back. It is a very painful process everyday. I am thinking of getting some other device. (not sure if it is the network or the device)
- Wifi Calling disabled
- S21 Ultra, T mobile
- Network mode: 5G/LTE/3G/2G (autoconnect)

Update: Had been to the Tmobile store yesterday. Reset all network/mobile settings and also had a new SIM installed.

That did not fix things at all. All my calls today were going silent intemittently (20-30 secs periods of silence). 

@CommunityUser26. Please let us know why we are experiencing such issues.
