S21 Ultra (US) Software update in Morocco

My s21 ultra (USA) is stucked in android 13,

How can i upgrade it to android 14 ? I m in Morocco.

@Bouzakri Does your model number end in "U" or "U1"? If it ends in "U" it is a carrier device. In Morocco you won't get a US carrier update.

Sammobile find latest firmware flash with odin. Back up everything first and expect a fresh start

I notice people are having a lot of the same issues after updates. I haven't had any yet, but I've only had my galaxy s24 ultra since late July. It's my first Samsung phone. I hope that this doesn't become an issue for me in the future given the price of the phone.🧐
