Touch isnt responding on my phone

Sometimes my phone glitches by not moving properly working when I touch it. Does this happen to anyone else?

Open developer mode and change both animation and duration scale to .5 and restart

Go to these steps

-Settings
-about phone
-software
-(tap on software until it says developer mode is unlocked )
- scroll to windows animation
-change from 1x to .5$

You might need to recalibrate the screen. First, go to device care and run a diagnostic. If the screen checks out as not defective, you can download this app from the play store to calibrate your screen (if the diagnostic tool doesn't offer it, if the screen test does fail): Touchscreen Calibration.
