@userLW90K2P9gx Can you provide more details?

Hotspot is when your device has a mobile data connection and creates a wifi network. Then your Wifi devices would connect to that network created by your phone. It has nothing to do with USB.

USB tethering allows your phone's data connection to be shared to a USB device.

You can find the settings for these features by looking at the screenshot provided by @GaryB82
