Hello, I have a question, I have a s21+ and when I have the headphones on the signal cuts off while I walk, it gets worse when I am on the street, the signal cuts off a lot preventing me from listening to music, I saw that this happens on some phones after updating to One UI 6, I think it is true since I have an A32 that does not have One UI 6 and the signal never cuts out on that one (I have used several and the same headphones on both phones), and I even thought that they were the headphones that I used like that I bought some buds 2 pro and the same thing is still happening, are there solutions? I've done everything and it's still the same...

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can see how frustrating it can be for the audio to cut in and out.

The surrounding environment may affect Bluetooth connection. Abrupt movement or distance between the devices may interfere with the connection as well. Connection might also be interrupted if you’re in a crowded area, or if you’re using metallic stickers or a protective cover near the antenna of your device.

Keep both your Galaxy device and Bluetooth headset close to you, and make sure there’s nothing in between them.
The connection may be unstable if the device is in your pocket or your bag, so keep the device close to your headset.
Move away from crowded areas or a spot with frequent Wi-Fi usage.
Keep away from bare cables, microwave ovens, and wireless speakers, or turn off such gadgets if you must be near them.
When streaming music online, the connection status may affect the sound quality. In this case, try downloading music to play.
If you continue to experience audio concerns with your Bluetooth connections, we recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician.
