Bring back AM/PM option

Samsung should bring this option back. That's a decision made not for us to decide, As much as we pay for these phones. At least put in a toggle option but give the user the CHOICE.

@Robb69 Samsung's QuickStar module provides this option. 

1. Download Good Lock from Samsung Galaxy Store.
2. Open Good Lock and inside Good Lock select and install QuickStar.
3. Open QuickStar 
4. Click on Clock Settings
5. Click Show AM/PM
