Time to use that phone insurance or warrantee if it's still within its parameters, and get another phone my love. Whenever thats happened to me ...it usually means my phones gone to heaven RIP. if not and you don't have ins/still not under warranty you could always try one of those "we fix your phone," stores. My friend was in a similar position. Had an iPhone though and he went to one of those stores and got a new screen for a very inexpensive price Good luck. Ps always call Samsung if in doubt after your wireless network provider bc they usually will tell you something different ie: another option your network provider "forgot," to tell you. Trust me on that one!!! Lots of luck!!
