Is Installing From APK Files Worth It?

This one goes out tho those who own a Galaxy S22 Ultra or newer with good experience in apk files.

As you may or may know, we cannot install the Samsung Video Library directly from the Galaxy Store. However, I can install it from an apk source. As useful as it sounds, there's also this warning below, since apk may count as unknown app source.

To anyone who download apps from an apk source, is it really worth it? Have you ran into problems after official installment? I need to be sure so that my device and data don't suffer an problems.

If the app is removed from the Galaxy Store, it is likely discontinued and all servers related to the app will be shut down. In the most respectful and friendly way possible, you're wasting your time.

I don't know this app. I have previously installed an app or two from reliable APK sources such as those motioned in an earlier response. The app and process you're asking about raise way too many red flags for my comfort. The app itself has been discontinued by Samsung and is only compatible with devices running through Android 13. It might work, but it is not designed to work with newer versions of the OS and may crash your system and may leave your system vulnerable to malware. It sounds like you got to the APK through a link elsewhere which may be suspicious on its own. Without knowing the app, I don't know what you're hoping it will do, but there may well be safer alternatives to consider, including app already on your phone. If you really think this is something you want to do, first make a full backup onto your PC or elsewhere using Smart Switch, then track down the APK from one of the reliable sources instead of the link you found. 2 cents.
