The latest Members app update resulted in my S22U being shown as having an invalid model number and IMEI even though both are correct and show properly on the support website. Same with my Tab S8U. Fix please?

Hello, We understand the frustration of the Members app not displaying the correct device information. Rest assured that if the website is showing the correct registration that you are covered.

For clarification purposes, have you verified you are logged into the same Samsung account on all devices?

Were the tablet and phone shown in the Members app correctly prior to the update?
