I have T-Mobile and an S22 Ultra. I haven't had any lag. Try these steps really quick. With the phone powered down, press + hold power and volume up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys, highlight Wipe cache partition, and then power to select and confirm. Returning to the previous menu, use volume keys to navigate to Repair apps, and then power again to select and confirm if necessary. This will reindex all your apps.
Thanks for the help! Took many tries with the side keys but I manage to get the screen to wipe cache. I was wondering how to do that since i remember it being on the optimized section.
