Galaxy S22That sounds really frustrating! It might help to contact AT&T customer service directly or go back to the store, as they can often help reactivate or reissue your eSIM. Sometimes, network outages or updates can affect eSIMs, so they should be able to troubleshoot or even set up a new eSIM if needed. Hope you get it working again soon!

Galaxy S22I am having the same issue for about three months. I have tried everything including reconfiguring the esim on my galaxy s24 plus on Verizon. It usually happens after I get out of an elevator. It still says I have service but the sim card is no longer registered on the network. There has to be some sort of software bug that is preventing the E Sim card reader from recognizing the Esim. Does anybody have any solutions to this?
