S22 My Files app not working

l was on Samsung S20 and upgraded to S22 and the Samsung app is not working, it's My files.

So l have been problems within.

So anybody can help me?

The yellow one that is "My Files" is now working. l dont know, Why

What do you mean by "it is not working"  Does it fail to launch?  Does it give any error messages?  Have you tried restarting your device?

l already restarted more than 3 times and fail launch..

have you cleared the cache and data for Samsung Files under:

Settings | Apps | My Files | Storage

If not try that.

Please make sure that you have updated all of your applications via the Samsung galaxy Store and also the Google play store, if that doesn't work ,try rebooting your phone into the recovery mode screen and then clear the cache on your phone and then on the same recovery mode screen go to the bottom and choose the repair all apps option, this should fix the problem,
