S22 Ultra Black Screen When Posting FB stories

I got my new s22 ultra - when posting fb stories with pictures or videos together with music the post will go black! The picture or video will appear all black but you can hear the music or see Gifs! This happens on facebook stories but IG is working. I called Samsung customer service but they deny that this is a known issue! But there's already a lot of s22 users complaining about this but there's no fix as of now! A lot of customers bought s22 ultra hoping this is the android phone that can compete with iphone 13 in terms of better pics and videos so we can have better pics or videos to post on social media but this is a let down. Even some filters are not working in this s22 ultra!

I tried it too and it works with no black screen! Yay hopefully it's permanently fixed

I found a workaround that is working for me.  This is an issue with not only Samsung but with the update to Facebook. Try going to the Google Play store and downloading Facebook Lite. I was able to post to my Facebook story with music using Facebook Lite.

Yeah I'm having the same issue. I can post a story if it's just a picture with maybe some text. If I add any kind of music or GIFs then it's completely black. The GIFs & Music are there but not the image.

You need to call their customer service. I think they think that this is only an isolated cases, so we need to inform them that we are a lot and they need to fix this asap

I spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday & they basically told me to contact Facebook & there's nothing they can do.

This is obviously not a facebook issue because I can post a story on my s9+ with no issues. It is only with ultra that this happens.

I agree. I told them I was able to post stories with my Note8.
