Galaxy S22Does anyone else have this issue? It started after the last update. I had Samsung trouble shoot through Samsung Tutor and was told it needed a new battery, yet this site's battery diagnostic tool says the battery is normal. The techs have also pushed trading this phone in for a S24 BUT I would still have to pay off the balance due AND finance the new phone.

Galaxy S22Hey there! I can certainly understand how concerning it is when your phone gets hot and the battery is draining quickly.
I found these troubleshooting steps that may help with the battery drain (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001388/).
As far as the device getting hot, if the device is getting too hot to the touch I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at it just in case!
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
