Galaxy S22Ever since I bought my S22, I have not been able to play my music on the Samsung Music app. I've called Samsung before but have not been able to get it resolved. My music still shows there but when I hit play it super skips track after track. Any suggestions?

Galaxy S22@Chinche That would definitely be the reason why you haven't been able to play your music then! 😪

Galaxy S22@Chinche I hate to say it, but that seems to be the case in this instance. It would be helpful if I knew which extension the audio files are in, because Samsung Music supports mp3, m4a, mp4, 3gp, 3ga, ogg, oga, aac, and flac audio files.

Galaxy S22@Chinche Yes, they are Windows Media Audio files. Unfortunately they won't be compatible with the Samsung Music app on your device. You will have to convert the files to a different audio format for them to work in that app. They will work in some other apps though. I'm pretty sure VLC for Android will work.
