What is the new Multi Control function and what does it do?

Since the update, I am seeing a new function, multi control on my phone. Not really knowing what it is or what it does I'm seeing it's turning on itself when I turn it off. Anyone else can inform me??? Thanks

Same my multi control will not turn off. I turn it off and I close out of settings and go back to check and it's back on

Hey there! I can certainly see how concerning it may be when a new feature pops up and you're not sure what it's for! 

Multi Control lets you control your Galaxy smartphone with the laptop’s keyboard and touchpad. It also enables you to copy, paste or drag and drop files between devices. 

To disable this feature you can go to your settings > connected devices > and toggle the Multi Control to off. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4p6RWMUgKs
