Galaxy S22What's the hold up on the update? For the amount of money these phones. Cost you would think that Samsung would be on top of everything. Or at least we could expect not having adds pop up all the time.

Galaxy S22I really super enjoy the "For the ammount I paid" statements. What did you pay for? A phone that can make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, and can be used to browse the internet. You did NOT pay to have every conceivable update before it is created or even ready.
Samsung IS on top of this, they just got the final build of Android 15 mid October (that is when it released) and have to work on getting their tweaks and UI enhancements both developed and tested. They are doing their due diligence to get this to us as fast as they can.

Galaxy S22Yeah, me too. I always figure that I buy a phone that also works as an internet device/mini computer. But as long as it does what I paid for (be a phone), everything else is a bonus. Sure, we pay more for the features we want, but my assumption is you are paying for what is available *right now*, not at some time in the future and as long as they a promising x amount of updates, I don't care when they come as long as I get them. Frankly, I almost dread the updates, not because of things that might get broken, but because they are always messing with the settings and then I have to go look for them and re-apply them.

Galaxy S22Not sure why you are posting a BS prediction to something Samsung stated would not happen, but since you did it in huge letters and in bold, it must be right. Cannot wait until Saturday when your prediction falls through, proving that ALL predictions are BS.
Samsung stated that the beta will be for developers ONLY, that beta has to START and then have good feedback before Samsung will launch a PUBLIC Beta, none of this has happened yet, so don't count on it being done before 3 days from now..

Galaxy S22Get over MYSELF? Am I the one coming in here giving people false hope? I will commend you on stating, up front, that this is a prediction, I just cannot abide anyone giving people false hope, like all the third party Samsung forums are doing.

Galaxy S22It ain't Ice Universe!
Will not mention their name.
It can still get pulled, depending on South Korea with the November Security Patch compatibility withe the Beta.
