Galaxy S22@Master2uAll88 Each device is on separate release cycles. The process is this:
- When you install a carrier SIM in your phone, the phone reads the update server information and from then on looks for updates on the carrier update server.
- Samsung releases the firmware for a device to the carriers.
- For the carrier version, the carrier adds their unique apps, sounds, and features.
- Each carrier decides on their testing schedule and release plan.
- Once each carrier is happy with the firmware, they push it to their update servers so that it available to their subscribers.
- The cycle is the same for U1 (unlocked) models except that carrier's do not add their customizations.
This is why:
- Some carriers never release an update to their subscribers.
- U1 (unlocked) versions and carrier versions typically drop different days.
- Some users see the updates before other users. This is due to some carriers quickly approving the update and others taking their time.

Galaxy S22@Master2uAll88 "... it doesn't make sense for why one would get it but not the other two..."
Since these devices each have their own unique firmware:
- AT&T (any carrier) must test and release the firmware for the S22 Ultra.
- Repeat for S22 plus.
- Repeat for S22.
There is no guarantee that a carrier is going to test firmware for all models at the same time or even release firmware for all models at the same time.

Galaxy S22I have to ask why they didn't release it to all variants (S22, S22+, S22 ultra including unlocked and carrier locked) at the same time.
Not hearing anything official 2 weeks now from Samsung is frustrating to say the least. I think all the updates have been paused because my wife has a carrier locked variant on att and nothing for her either. Had to stop using the att dialer because of calls not going through so that issue would seem to be an att issue and not Android.
When Samsung goes dark like this is not a good sign.
Good luck everyone.
