Galaxy S23The problem is your "Default Print Service" so you need to toggle it off by going to Settings>Connections>More Connection Settings>Printing.
This is android problem occurring on multiple devices, not just Samsung.

Galaxy S23Exactly the same. Mopria started positive and then it all started blocking prints. It's only been since the update. My old phone and my mothers phone hasn't been updated and prints normally.

Galaxy S23I have the same problem with 2 out of the box s24 ultras. I upgraded from 2 Note 22 which had NO issues to SAME printer. I've been in IT for 30 years and know how to troubleshoot issues. I proved to Samsung that it was a software issue that they needed to fix. They keep telling me to get the hardware checked, which it passed the diagnostic test with Samsung Support running the test. Like idiots, they still want me to take it to UBreakIFix. I tried their driver, a third party driver and hp all do the same thing. I sent Samsung the file that they recorded and watched me print from the computer to same printer with no issues on my network. I sent them the log files and now they want me to do it AGAIN. 3 months, 150 emails and 16 emails to the CEO and I get ZERO help. They have no idea how to do PROBLEM Management in their IT environment. This is not a singular phone issue when I have two new phones with an issue that has already been reported on this thread. I am so disgusted that I registered the domain "SamsungSupportSucks.com" and I plan to eventually post all my documentation there when I have time. I also told them that I am going to file a breach of warranty small claims case against Samsung, and still no phone call. I WILL FILE this SUIT for 25 dollars and represent myself. How can a company release a new phone without testing the printing feature? I've asked them if they have even attempted to recreate the issue in a test lab and they will not answer! That should have been the first step 3 months ago after 15 emails complaining about the phone. They will not let me talk to ANYONE besides an **bleep** customer service representative that doesn't know his A%% from a HOLE in the ground.

Galaxy S23To everyone with this problem. Samsung has repeated blamed this on MY device..lol... Apparently, according to the crappy customer service advocates., we all have bad devices and this is not Samsung software issue. I've ask Samsung why they haven't tested this complaint in a lab with a new phone and tried to recreate our issue. My less than stellar support person, Oscar T, just told me 5 minutes ago that Samsung cant do this. Really? What company the size of Samsung doesn't have a team to test product rollouts? I've been in this field for 30 years and this guy just fed me a lie. I will be filiing a small claims court against Samsung for breach of warranty. It will cost 25 dollars. Perhaps if we all do this maybe they will find it cost effective to fix the problem and test properly before rolling out a new phone! I am disgusted with Samsung after buying note phones for 20 years! this is at least my 14th Note phone.

Galaxy S23Samsung is not liable to fix device driver software for the specific printer you want to use. How would you propose they test this? By connecting their phone to every printer ever created? You think this won't take any time to do?
This is not your 14th note phone, as the note line was put on hold since the Note 20, so your 23 device is an S Series device.
