Galaxy S23It seems like Samsung is dancing around the charging port issues that they have, we got 5 s23 phones and 3 of them are showing the damp issue and will not charge, I am so sorry that I left Cricket and got these phones at T mobile and now we are stuck with the phones and no ways to charge them. I will never buy a Samsung phone again. Looking to buy other phones and I guess I will be stuck with paying for the phone for 2 years. I have tried all of the that they said to try to with no solution

Galaxy S23@gary4328 You should be able to charge them wirelessly. Have you tried that?
IME, this warning is caused by a damaged USB port. I identified a USB cable which was used by the 2 devices that had this error. I replaced that cable and haven't seen that error again on any devices.
The devices had to be repaired to clear the error.

Galaxy S23Hello gary4328, Welcome to the Community. I know how frustrating this is. I've had it happen myself. I understand that you stated that there has been no contact with any type of liquid. However, I am including an article that would address this issue.
Moisture in water-resistant Samsung phone's charging port
I recommend trying a factory reset if the previous steps are not helpful. Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone
If you are still receiving the pop-up, I would recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can find the nearest authorized service center using this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
