S23 ULTRA OS BETA SIGN UP AND RCS ERROR

Hello I have 2 issues. Im using RCS messaging and I don't see the 15min edit pencil on top when I try to edit a message using RCS. Im also wondering on how I can use the beta testing for s23 ultra os.

This ability has only been rolled out to a few people. You will need to wait until Google makes it available.
