S23 ultra defective

The piece of **bleep** s23 ultra I bought never updated. I'm still running android 13 (one ui 5.1) and I have had it for a year and 5 months. Now I can't send messages to apple users. I am very upset with this purchase. Also my quick panel only has 2 rows of the buttons instead of 3. I don't have a data toggle button anymore either. I used to love samsung but I called them, called AT&T. I factory reset the phone 3 times and I'm not doing it again. Might switch to iphone

Did you ever switch to a different carrier?

I literally said it's the s23 ultra in the title. I purchased the device from AT&T and it isnt refurbished. Never switched carriers

That is not the model number, sir.  That is the model name, and there are differences between model numbers of the devices with the same model name.
