Hi! My dad just got a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and images he's receiving via text are at an extremely low, effectively illegible resolution. This is happening from both my own Samsung Galaxy S21 and my mom's iPhone 11. Any idea what's causing this and/or how to fix it?
