On my new galaxy s23fe, when trying to make a secure folder, it says "unwanted softawe installed, unable to create a secure folder" uninstalled that app some times ago, do i have to reset to make a secure folder?
I'd go to the Samsung store app and make sure the secure folder app is updated or any app for that matter. IMO the secure folder option is a pain in the **bleep** to set up and I'll admit I'm a tech nerd and you have to do this, that, write down this huge code for security, blah. If I really want something that private I'll just create a new folder on my cloud service and upload it there. Anyways, make sure the apps on Samsung store and Google Play store are updated and also enabled, given proper access within the app settings.. Hope this helps
