Software Update Interrupted Error

How the heck you fix this and why did it happen to begin with? I can not update my phone even though there is an update available. I get the Software Update Interrupted nonsense. Any help please?

Try updating using Samsung SmartSwitch on PC.

Tried with my laptop and it did a backup, it found the update and then? Laptop crashed. Opened it again and crashed. It's a mojo that got me 😡

8.8gb should download fast but noway they put those updates in cheap slow as molasses servers 🤷🏻🤦

For all those who pinched an idea I'm forever grateful. Not only was I able to upgrade it also fixed the update issue and started another update the phone found. Sooooo those guys at at&t are a joke. They couldn't just tell me or do it themselves at the store with smart Switch, their fix was a replacement or fresh start. Idiots.
