Will Factory Reset Relock Verizon S23 Ultra?

Hi. Will performing a Factory Reset on an unlocked Verizon phone relock the phone? I bought the phone from someone, and it works on my T-Mobile account. I want to erase all my data, and reset it to sell it. Will it be locked to Verizon again? It wasn't factory reset when I bought it. Thanks.

Unlocking a phone for use on other carriers' networks is permanent. Factory resetting will not carrier lock the device.
