After tapping to install update stuck with "Connecting to server" message?

New update came out and I accepted it, but after the phone restarted and got through One UI, it just wants to say "connecting to server", but not actually connect to it.

It's not just you. I did a regular check on my s24 plus to see if the September security may be out and it's just trying to connect. Same with my husband's s24 plus and his tab s9+

Why is that happening because it's occurring to me can't see Security updates

Are all three of you on t-Mobile?  Perhaps they brought the server down for whatever reason, or it was bogged down by too many connections.  Try again at a later time, maybe?
