Galaxy S24Hello, thanks for reaching out. I can see how concerning and confusing this is for it to be stuck "connecting to server" after you accept an update installation. What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
First thing to try is a simple restart. Press and hold the side key for a few seconds to pull up the power menu, and restart the device. You can also power off the device from there, wait several seconds after fully powering off, then power it back on. This guide has a list of ways to power off and back on your device: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00091302/
Next thing to try if that still has the connecting to server message is to see if a third-party application may be interfering. You can test this with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If the device functions normally in Safe Mode, uninstall apps until normal functionality is restored, restarting your device each time.
If it continues displaying this message in Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Beforehand, back up everything you can (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/), then perform the factory reset, using this guide's steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the above troubleshooting is not helpful, contact your carrier for further information, as updates are provided by the carriers to you.
If even the carrier is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

Galaxy S24Are all three of you on t-Mobile? Perhaps they brought the server down for whatever reason, or it was bogged down by too many connections. Try again at a later time, maybe?
