Can the Do Not Disturb mode stop from receiving WhatsApp calls?

I'm using Galaxy s24+, when in do not disturb mode I'm still receiving WhatsApp calls. I noticed it used to block WhatsApp calls as well before any now a days I'm receiving WhatsApp calls can these call be stopped unless those are repeated callers 

Any ideas?

DND should stop everything you do not specifically allow.

Yes, but it's not working for WhatsApp calls now I tried restarting, had reset all settings. I don't know if others also facing the same issue
