My S24 home screen keeps frozen. I can use Settings from swiping down from the top or use Recent button to access to any Recent app such as Internet browser which is working okay. But nothing is responsive on the Home screen. Home screen is frozen more than 20 times for a month sine I got this new S24.

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be for your home screen to be frozen. Are there any error(s) you are getting that accompanies this behavior? You can try clearing your device's cache partition, helping improve device health and behavior, using these steps:
 - Power off your device.
 - While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
 - Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.

Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:

 - Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
 - Select yes to confirm.
 - Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.

Next, if it continues freezing on your home screen, then attempt the following steps in this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001416/#force-a-reboot-on-the-phone-or-table...

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
