How do I switch 5G to LTE?

Hello!!!

How do I switch my 5G to LTE? I've been watching videos on YouTube, and they're showing me exactly what to do, but I don't have the Network Mode option on my phone? My Network Operators won't even allow me to press on it. I was just wondering if I can even switch between 5G and LTE since sometimes my 5G doesn't want to work while I'm at home or out and about. I don't know of its because of my phone service that won't allow me to change, but I still wanted to ask and see if maybe anyone has gone through the same thing and has figured out the solution??

Here are my choices from Mint Mobile on my S22 Ultra.

It will always connect to 5G as it's a 5G phone. When 5G isn't available in an area (say a rural area, etc) then it goes to LTE. You can't pick which one out of them, it's just stating what it would connect to if the one before it isn't available.

On my phone I can turn off 5g and choose to connect to lte only. Your phone is probably provider locked
