Is my camera lens broken?

This is a picture taken to show the white/grey lines. They are always there and not something that appears after I have taken the photo. They just appeared out of nowhere, and I have tried washing the lenses. 

Any tips ?

@Bronst I would set the phone camers down on the table and take a photo. If the photo has those lines, then it is probably not an issue with the lens. 

There are diagnostics in the Samsung Members app that you can run.

Did you once have a camera replacement lately? Getting dust or scratches on the camera behind the protector can cause serious consequences with the camera's quality or visibility.
