Making my weather widget transparent settings

How can I make my weather widget (the weather channel) transparent? When I hold the widget, there is no settings button.

If there is no transparency control, then you cannot do it.  Are you using the dynamic weather widget? There are multiple widgets, so if you choose the one that just says weather (with the grey background), it will be transparent.  You'll get the weather, you just won't get the cute graphic.
